The Lady Trojans defeated Walther Lutheran this evening by a nerve racking score of 29-28. Trailing for almost the entire game, the Lady Trojans were able to pull ahead with an Anneke Stremler fade a way. After a quick answer by Walther, the Lady Trojans found themselves down by 1 with about 17 seconds to go. The Lady Trojans ran a great out of bounds play to free up Anneke Stremler who was fouled on the way up. Anneke calmly sank two free throws to give Timothy the lead for good. After an anxious final couple of seconds, Timothy was able to celebrate their come from behind win. Kelsey Kaczynski led the Lady Trojans with 7 points, followed by Anneke Stremler with 6. A very rewarding night for the girls, the fans, the school and the parents. Thank you so much for your support!!!
